A birth doula is a non medical professional that is trained and certified in providing physical support, emotional support and partner support during labor and birth. We also provide evidence based information to help self advocacy and bridge the relationship between birthing people and medical providers. DONA International believes in a doula for every one who wants one.

Includes:
Prep 4 Birth™ : 4- hour clinic that is often broken up into two 2-hour sessions. It is appropriate for any trimester of pregnancy. We recommend taking the class as early as possible because it gives you a longer period of time to implement the exercises, to build your body strength, but also begin to prepare your mind for the emotional and mental rigors of labor and birth.
2 prenatal meetings: discussing birth plans, preferences, pain management techniques, roles for birth partners and any pertinent medical history.
Private Reiki session during your last trimester.
Physical and emotional support for any prenatal appointments or ultrasounds. (2 visits included)

Reiki is the ancient art of healing that encourages energy flow in the body. REI meaning divinely guided and KI referring to the energetic life force, sessions help guide your divine energy to enhance healing and well-being. Reiki promotes emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental realignment.
